We arrived early at 6.45pm on our weary way back from Narbonne, having decided to take a chance on a table on a Saturday night.
No problem at all. We were warmly welcomed like old friends by Valerie into the warm and comfortable interior on a chilly night, relaxed with an apero before enjoying a superb meal, with the amazing desert of vodka banana toffee souffle to finish. An absolute treat, perfect as ever.
It's such a shame we are travelling home on Tuesday as another visit to En Bonne Compagnie must now wait till the Summer.
