Arriving from Narita Airport, the new skyliner train makes this hotel especially easy and attractive - it's just a couple of stops from Ueno on the Ginza line, and within easy walking distance of Asakusa. The Tawaramachi stop is very close.
The rooms here are stylish and comfortable, albeit very very small. Nevertheless, you really cannot beat the price for location and quality -- I usually look for Toyoko Inn, which is almost as nice and easy to find all over Japan, but made an exception for Agora Place, and was very glad that I did. Great beds, clean rooms, hot showers, wifi everywhere -- I was very happy. Look for deals on Agoda.
