“Good sushi and friendly atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

Among the many eateries in this very touristic place, it was reassuring to find a "homey" atmosphere and delicious sushi. The chefs were explaining the details of seasonality and the automatized check-out - just slipping a device over the tower of plates produced an electronic chip which kept us wondering for a few more seconds - until we reached the payment place, of how much the bill would be. Reasonable!
We continued our stroll in this exciting old neighborhood of Tokyo.

“Midrange Kaitensushi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2013

A fun sushi-go-round restaurant, there are live fish in an aquarium in the centre where the chefs work to put the food on the conveyor belt. You can order off the menu, or pick the plates up off the belt. Plates are colour-coded, each colour a different price. The sushi was very fresh and quite delicious. Green tea is complimentary, as in most Japanese restaurants, and the waitress taught us to make it up with the powder and the hot water from the tap in front of every seat. It was very busy at lunch time, but it wasn't a long wait for a seat.

sushi on a conveyor, cute. Cheap but delicious. Friendly and neat staffs. Enjoyable after hour of walk around Sinsoji temple and shopping at flea market neighborhood.
