Among the many eateries in this very touristic place, it was reassuring to find a "homey" atmosphere and delicious sushi. The chefs were explaining the details of seasonality and the automatized check-out - just slipping a device over the tower of plates produced an electronic chip which kept us wondering for a few more seconds - until we reached the payment place, of how much the bill would be. Reasonable!
