This is a quite short, but busy shopping street leading to the famous Sensoji Temple. On weekdays in the morning you'll have a lot of space to wander around, shopping and tasting some food.
On weekdays and later on in the day the place will be very packed and it might be difficult to really have a good look at the shops here.
You can have different desserts, typical souvenirs, but also arts and crafts, Kimonos and more. Even though it's a very touristy spot, they do offer very fair prices and good quality. So, if you see something you like, don't hesitate to buy it. There's a good selection of nice chop stick available and also good-quality Kimono and Yukata.
It's a fun street and surely should be on your list if you're in Tokyo for the first time!
