Good for one night, for longer I'd rather stay elsewhere. The rooms are small and the whole place sort of squeezes into the space - tiny reception, small coffee shop, etc. But it was clean and the beds comfortable, It's walking distance to Shinjuku station and the TMG building. We found a nice restaurant just opposite, and there's a Lawson a few doors down.
