We stayed here to finish our two weeks in Japan and found it very comfortable. At first I was a little disappointed it wasn't in the "heart" of Tokyo but quickly found that the Shinjuku district to have all we needed included the crazy neon lights (check out "Electric Ave. near hotel) Tokyo is known for. Shinjuku train station is 2 blocks east and there are moving walkway beneath the streets to get you right to the front (or side) door of the Keio. The rooms all seem to have amazing views and are very contemporary in their design which is nice. We were on the 38th floor and I kind of slept the the earthquake everyone was discussing the next morning. Walk one block west of hotel to go up to the observation decks of the govt. building for some very nice views if its clear. If you're pressed for time go only to the one on the left (south) as it offers at least some distant views of Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The other (north?) tower has a fancy restaurant which takes up some of these prime views. Great park for running very close by (Shinjuku Chuo Park). Not much for distance but you can loop a few times then hit the streets if you need more miles.
