There is always a really long queue, fortunately this is handled efficiently. This is an Italian chain venturing in Japan and the quality is actually quite good. Centrally located, its the best you can find. There are (few) other shops which offer excellent quality, but they are really too expensive for a few spoons of ice-cream. My evaluation is always through the pistacio flavour, because you can better judge if the product is genuine. Grom passes the test. In Japan this is always a "premium" flavour, so in addition to being expensive, you have to pay more only for pistacio and argue at the cashier because they try to explain that you can have other flavours as well. All in all it's worth the queue, but one reason ice-cream will never be really big in Japan is that the personnel is not able to handle many customers. At the end of the day, the product becomes too expensive and even the best shop will loose momentum. Let's hope they stay in business and expand more.
