3-minute walk from Omotesando Subway Station or 10 minutes from Shibuya Station means one of the best and convenient place to stay. Even if you are not very interested in visiting these two areas, using cabs does not cost much to reach Akasaka, Hiroo, Shinjuku from here (1000 to 2000 jpy). I stay here for business for a few times because of such a nice location.
In addition to this, the rooms are of my favourite; it is not shiny at all, but is internet-ready, clean and spacy in spite of the price (approx. 7500 jpy - depending on availability - for a twin room with sofas and coffee tables). Don't expect nice views from the window. All you can see is the business towers, but this part is also of my favourite because you will enjoy seeing how Japanese people work hard until late at night. This semi-private hotel has no restaurants and bars; no problems, just walk to Omotesando or Shibuya and you will found hundreds of nice places.
BE AWARE 1: After enjoying a night life, go back to the hotel soon. At the 23h, the front door is locked. This is why this hotel is not recommended for nightwalkers.
BE AWARE 2: Avoid single rooms. There are no windows. If you are a solo traveler, all you have to try is to get a twin room with the price for a single room.
BE AWARE 3: Reserving a twin room for only one occupancy is allowed only from Monday through Thursday, and is not available during summer and winter holidays.
