After all the great reviews on this site I expected more. My complaints are only the room, everything else was great. The room carpet was noticeably hammered. The walls were also discolored. I got the larger room but it was the smallest of all the rooms I stayed at in Japan. It felt cramped and we were never really comfortable in the room. There was also no wifi in the room which is hard because we had no cell service while in Japan. The bathroom was also not well layed out with only one small towel rack.

The location was great. The staff was great, the lobby, great....

The room we stayed in was small but comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the subway station, takashimaya, tokyu hands, bookstore, big department stores, starbucks, McDonalds. there are small restaurants around the area too. There's a family mart right across the street. subway entrance for the Keio line is next door. The post office is also across the street. We stayed for 7 nights and got the promo with breakfast. There were lots of food in the breakfast buffet but if you were to eat the same food for 7 days straight, we got tired of it. The bus going to the narita airport stops right infront of the hotel so it makes it convenient especially of you have more than one luggage. The staff was helpful. I would stay there again. No free coffee in the room only tea.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and a good size with both a bath and shower. There was a great range of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant offered a varied menu at a reasonable price if you didn't want to eat out. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is located within a couple of minutes walk of Shinjuku station which has excellent transport links. Great value for money and I would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed there for 2 nights on 5th and 6th March. Location is fantastic. Near to Shinjuku station and Times Square. It has got my favourite shops in Japan nearby: Montbell (next door), Tokyu Hands, Takashimaya, Uniqlo, Kinokuniya (Times Square). It also has a Limousine bus service directly to the hotel from Narita and Haneda. Rooms are clean and hotel staff are efficient. Although the rooms are small, they are Tokyo standard sizes.

What I would like for it to be Excellent:
- Free WIFI in the room or even Internet access
