“Great location-Good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

The hotel is 2 blocks from the station (Shinjuku) which allows you to go everywhere. Room was extremely small but warm. People at front desk did not speak very fluent english but tried to help. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here last August 2012. Very good location. Just near Shinjuku MRT. Lots of food places that you can walk to. The hotel is located in a quiet street. The hotel room itself was small. We had to take turns opening our luggage. We each had 29" rolling luggage. To give you an idea of how small the room is the foot of the bed is only around 12-15 inches from the wall. We had to take turns in moving to and fro the room. Anyway, we expected this after reading the reviews. WIFI is available only in the lobby so at night you'd see a lot of guest sitting in the lobby chairs doing internet stuff on their gadgets. Bed was comfy. Room and bath were quite clean. They have a mini fridge in case you need it.

I recommend bringing some water with you always. We were there during summer and it was extremely hot. You can buy a gallon water bottle and just refill your small water bottles before you go out for the day. This will save you some money. For eating, hidden behind those big building in main roads are small eating establishments. Lots to choose from and normally quite good.

I'd stay here again.

Hotel is very close to train station and is easy to find. There're many restaurants and mini marts around hotel so that it doesn't hard to grab some meal though it's such a late night. I stayed 2 nights on February 2013, the weather was by 0-1 degree but inner room was warm enough, that's very appreciate. Look forward to visiting again.

This hotel is very near to Shinjuku southern exit if you plan to stay in Shinjuku areas. I find it very convenient to move around and start off with my trip to Tokyo. No regret having booked this hotel.

Room Tip: Very good location to start off with your travel to Tokyo.

Great location, accessibility direct to and from Narita Airport, excellent English speaking front desk and advice to inquiries for recommendations. Clean rooms, great bed with excellent futon (Thick Japanese "blanket"), unique ironing pad, great elevator service with excellent vending machines on each floor. Only need to improve comment would be to have hotel room WiFi service. Presently it is only available on 2nd Floor business center and in lobby.

Stayed 3 nights in February on our first trip to Japan and this place is wonderful. Easy to access, even after arriving into Haneda airport at 5am with the Airport Limousine Bus.

The room was ample, and had everything needed. Pity that the wifi was only in the lobby, but having free wifi anywhere is a bit of a win.

Loved the location. Shinjuku station makes it easy to get around. And the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging a couple of reservations that required Japanese.

Room Tip: Rooms on the train station side currently look over a building going up. We were on level 6 and were...

We had our stay through Jan and Feb 2013, for a total of 10 nights, and it was not doubt a very pleasant stay. Location is great, just within walking distances to all subway lines and JR.
Shopping area is just around the corner, and plenty of restaurants around.
Shinjuku station is one of the biggest station, and you will find it useful as most of the buses that go out of town (to Hakuba for skiing or Mt Fuji) would leave from this station.
Service is great. Only down thing would be the room could have been bigger slightly for a standard queen size room. But since you'd be travelling a lot, this wouldn't be too much of an issue.
Overall, highly recommended to stay in this hotel!
