Yes, this place was popular back when Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi and President Bush had dinner at this restaurant. But unfortunately, that was years ago, and even more unfortunately, I learned that the quality of customer service can drop instantly. Firstly, the waiter served my family and me with THREE dishes that we never ordered. AND instead of apologizing, he insisted that we actually did order dishes that contained food...that we didn't even like! Now why would we order something we don't like? He then turned and pointed at my mother saying that SHE ordered all three dishes and he complained that he struggled to keep up with her while she ordered. Excuse me? He didn't even bother to repeat our order in the beginning (his fault) and he points his finger at my mother for his mistake? It gets even better. When it was time for the check, he gives us TWO receipts, one with only the food we ordered and another with the extra THREE dishes. He told us, it is up to you to pay for whichever receipt. WHAT? Later on, the manager must've said something because he came back with the final bill saying that it was his mistake and we do not need to pay for the extra dishes. I will never go there again. To top the terrible customer service, my stomach felt terrible later on that night.
