“Good for one night”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2012

Stayed here twice as i arrive quite late at Haneda. I've never use the free shuttle to the hotel, so pls check with hotel for the timetable. I use the Keikyu to get there (otorii station). The hotel is just next to the station east exit. I book the rooms directly from their website which is about 8000yen/nite for a semi-double. The room is tiny but clean, just like any other room in Tokyo but it has everything you need. Bed was a bit hard for me and the Wifi in the room is quite slow. Breakfast is provided daily, western b'fast served in building 2 consist of croissant, danish, salad, coffee, hot soup, juice and etc. While building 1 serves japanese breakfast( nv tried). Opposite the hotel there's a 7-11 convenient store,so no worries if you need anything. The staff speak 'OK' english, they could understand our needs. Good hotel to stay a night or two.

The free bus from Haneda airport is very handy, just bear in mind that it doesn't run all day. It only runs from the airport to the hotel at night and from the hotel to Haneda in the morning. Presumably those are the times when most travelers need it. If you need to go at some other time, the Keikyu train is another option.

No-frills accommodations, but immacuately clean. We had a double-bed room; it was small but I've certainly seen smaller elsewhere and if you expect to get a bigger room for what you're paying for this place, epecially in Tokyo, you're delusional. There was a desk and chair, no closet but some hangers on the wall. Also a fridge (unstocked as I recall, put plenty of convenience stores across the street) and a small safe (with instructions in Japanese). Pretty well lit, unlike some economy and not-so-economy hotels. Free WiFi in room, and of course a tv. We saw a twin bed room and it looked slightly more spacious.

Bed was OK for me (height just under 6 feet) but if you're taller it may not be. Mattress was VERY hard - also not a problem for me but if you have issues with this, beware. It was wedged into a corner of the room, so a little hard to get in and out for the person sleeping on the wall side.

Bathroom was big enough for a small bathtub, and there was plenty of hot water. Shower, like the bed, might be a problem if you're over 6 feet.

Nondescript neighborhood, reasonably quiet.

Free breakfast in the lobby, also no frills - juice, coffee, croissants, rolls. But you can go next door and have a rice-based Japanese breakfast at the twin hotel next door (which is also where the airport bus stops) - it's more substantial and has a little more variety.

If you sign up for a Toyoko In member card (1500 yen) when you check in, there may be a discount on your stay that will save you a little money.

A few washing machines available just off the front desk.
Desk staff was helpful and spoke at least basic English.

All in all, not the right place if you're planning to explore Tokyo, but if you just want a place to stay overnight between Haneda flights this will definitely fill the bill in a convenient, economical way.

We used the hotel's airport shuttle. We had arrived at the International terminal and, upon asking at the Information desk, learned it there was more shuttle service at the Domestic terminal. So we took the free Airport Shuttle to get there. Fortunately, the hotel shuttle was just about to leave.

Our room was small but space is used well. We stayed just one night and had no real problems. The bed was small (not good for taller folks) but we were prepared for that. Breakfast was just OK. Good enough to start our day. The photos give a better idea of our room.

Hard to like this place, even though it really was adequate -- the room was clean, functional (except for the internet), and reasonably new. I don't think it would be physically possible to make a twin room smaller (except by having bunk beds). There was so little room to spare around the beds that the hotel left a sign on the bed advising that luggage could be stored under the bed. I have seen tinier bathrooms, though -- but this was pretty small, and the shower spray came from a hose out of the sink faucet. I could not get the in-room internet nor the lobby internet to work, and the computers available in the lobby typed in Japanese. Oddly, the room did have a thermometer on the wall. When we arrived, the room was a stifling 84 degrees! It took the underpowered AC over an hour to make the room bearable. On the other hand, it is very close to the airport, and does offer a free airport shuttle.

Business was booming the night I was there, and I am guessing that this place has little competition. It was not a good value, however, and I would recommend that, if you can find a good alternative, take it.

I'd say this hotel is just what's expected for a "Business Hotel" used by many business travelers in Japan. The rooms are very small, but big enough for you to bring in your large suitcase and a twin-sized bed. It is small but very clean. They do not serve dinner there, but there are plenty of eateries near this hotel, and they serve Western and Japanese style breakfast in the morning in the lobby area. This hotel is located within the walking distance from the subway station, and it is a perfect spot to start your night out when you have to stay one night in Tokyo before catching a connecting flight to different parts of Japan the next day. There is nothing fancy and trendy about this hotel, but it is clean, affordable, and good service. They even offer free pick-ups and drop-offs from and to Haneda Airport!

OK.. so we got in pretty late and left pretty early but I promise you that you'll have the basics. Perfect place between flights. Firm beds.. so be careful if you don't like that!

Shuttle bus is nice, and free : )

7 Eleven across the street helps if you need any random items.
