We stayed in this appartement for 1 week at 6 people (friends). Very clean and calm. Very good location in Nakano, easy and fast access to Yamanote line and Shinjuku station. Booking staff met us at the Nakano station and give us lots of tips / advice on restaurant, how to use transport and lot's of other usefull information.

“Spot on location, clean, friendly”

This is a great little apartment in a perfect location close to everything really. Nakano is one stop from Shinjuku which opens up the rest of Tokyo. Nakano itself has literally hundreds of little restaurant and I don't think we saw another western tourist in this area. As a result hardly any restaurant staff locally spoke any English but we had zero problems getting great food and excellent service everywhere, with a far more authentic experience. It was a small very clean apartment but we all fitted in easily (6 travelling from age 76 to 2). Apartment had all amenities you would need. As for service from the people managing the apartment - well it was above and beyond. The chap who met us was fabulous and even assisted us in changing our train reservations when it seemed a typhoon would threaten our travel to Kyoto. I can't recommend this little find highly enough.

“Wonderful location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012 for a stay in April 2012

We stayed here in April 2012 for 4 nights. We came to visit our daughter who has been living and teaching in Japan. We came with my in-laws and our other daughter so the 2 bedroom was fine since there was a pull out futon for her to sleep on in the bedroom we slept in. Mac met us at the Nakano train station and walked us (good thing, I'm sure we would have gotten lost!!) and gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations. The location was quiet and a very convenient 5-10 minute walk to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to a small family or 2 couples. It is very small compared to American standards and we are not small people, also being with our elderly parents made the quarters very tight but we are a close family and still enjoyed ourselves immensely. The little town of Nakano was charming and friendly and there were lots of excellent restaurants to choose from. The market was very close, easy walking and had a good selection of items. Great bakery in the Nakano Broadway mall too!! We would definately return if we ever make it back to Tokyo, and would stay longer than the 4 nights.

Liked best: The location
Liked least: Cramped area in the kitchen for the table which really was the only place to sit & visit. One very small couch that sits low making it diffficult for my father in law to get out of

“Nice and cosy”

We stayed in this nice and cost apartment for our family first holiday to Tokyo. It may be rather small for a family of 7, including 2 kids, but we were amazed at how well equipped and clean it was.

The surrounding neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The location of the apartment is also perfect with the train station and shopping mall just mins away. The choice of eateries was plenty and truly value for money compared to the more touristy places of Tokyo.

I must also commend on the service provided by Mr Makoto. He was very helpful and was prompt in answering all my queries and helping me in the luggage forwarding.

We truly enjoyed staying there and blending in with the locals. I'm glad I found this apartment through TA!
