Went here just on the trip advisor reviews and what a great choice it was for dinner one evening, whilst in Tokyo. It was a little difficult to find as there are no signs in English, however if you are walking down the hill from Roppongi station, it's on your left hand side. There are a pile of shoes just inside the door on the left and there are loads and loads of sake bottles behind the people cooking.
The menu is mainly various cuts of people cooked 'on sticks' yakitori style. Some of the cuts weren't quite to my taste. Chicken gizzard and beef tounge etc, however for the more fussy eaters there are plenty of 'normal cuts' of meat and loads of cheese and veg which are delicious. That said we ordered the chicken breast yakitori and the chicken came practically raw in the middle. We ummed and ahhed over whether to send it back, then we saw a couple order a selection of raw chicken pieces, including heart gizzard liver and chicken breast, so we just ate ours!!!!
We took our inspiration from the people sitting next to us and ordered a selection of dishes, then ordered some more and then some more, which was great fun! Although it is easy to loose track of how much you spend. So with a couple of beers and sake, it came to close to 6000yen. Expensive but the atmosphere and the food was brilliant and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.
