Typical Japanese hotel, efficient, clean, small rooms, but not too expensive. The best part is its an easy walk to Ginza so if you want this as a base for both business and shopping it's hard to beat. As mentioned breakfast is a bit unusual, there's no proper set-up, so they do a kind of daily "field kitchen" buffet in the lobby, complete with army style meal plates. It's not as bad as it sounds, there's a mix of things, so it's always possible to find something to eat. Can get busy though, so you have to be comfortable sharing tables with strangers, "Asian style".
If you arrive late as we did, the solution to no room service is the Dominos Pizza, menu in the room, don't worry they speak English and deliver to your room. The internet is superfast, but by cable so if you want to use your ipad etc, better carry a travel router, or sit in the lobby.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Was on the 10th floor so had a nice view out over Tokyo Bay only partially blocked. The breakfast is included and others have written is nothing special. Its more that adequate though if you like a simple japanese style breakfast...would not leave to the end of the closing time though..starts getting cold.

Easy access to shimbashi station though an underground network of walkways. Plenty of restaurants around station. There is a skybar on the 41st floor..has a cover charge though but worth the view.

Small rooms but that is the Japanese style anyway. Very good location, right next to the train station and to lots of restaurants. No room service. The breakfast is very basic and not really for people not used to the Japanese type of breakfast...
Free internet in the rooms but WiFi connection only at the lobby area.
All in all, a good choice.

Nice rooms small but functional with good ammenities. Location fgoor for trains and anyone using Big Site for shows etc - easy access. Breakfast juts OK dining options nearby very good and just 10 minutes wlak form Ginza and many dining entertainment options there
