What a hotel! Situated in the heart of downtown Tokyo beside the Tokyo tower. Rooms were large in size as was the washroom. There is a separate room for the toilet....where the lid opens automatically when you walk in!
Great selection for the breakfast buffets and the view is amazing. The lounge on the 33rd floor also offered stunning views in the evening, if you were lucky enough to get inside. Many people were turned away and the hostess didn't speak English. While I realize we are in Tokyo, this is a classy hotel with many visitors from other parts of the world. The hotel would do itself and it's clients well to have a hostess on hand that understands English. Many walked away frustrated after trying to converse with the hostess.
Would highly recommend this hotel as a choice while in Tokyo.

Our first stop after the 11 hour flight was a true delight. The Prince Park Tower gave us a corner room overlooking the spectacular illuminated tower reaching high above the lush garden parks below. The tower also displayed lighting celebrating their candidacy for the 2020 Olympics -which they won while we were there.Windows everywhere - you felt as though you were floating above the city. Breakfast offerings were delicious....choices between private dining and buffet...cuisines to satisfy everyone and all with those glorious windows to Tokyo's world. The Japanese people are so very accommodating and gracious and their country is so beautiful - we look forward to visiting again one day.

Room Tip: Our 11th floor corner room was THE best. We traveled with Friendly Planet this time....they selected...

Stayed for 3 nights as part of our 9-day JTB Sunrise tour and this was by far the best hotel they organised for my wife and I to stay in.

Situated in a park that's less than 10 minutes walk to Tokyo Tower.

It has it's own convenient store next to the hotel lobby which is very handy for a quick breakfast or a midnight snack.

The rooms are large! They have wifi and they have plenty of power points for you to plug your phone charger, camera charger, laptop, portable wifi rental, etc. Basically everything a tourist will be carrying with them.

Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a view of Tokyo Tower so make sure you ask for a room with aTokyo Tower view when you book or check-in.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The concierge are quick to accomodate any requests. H.ae was excellent in both his English and willingness to deliver quality service.

Not particularly close to a railway station, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Hamamatsucho Train Station/Bus Terminal.

Not too many hotels better than this one. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This is truly a 5 star hotel in the middle of tokyo.
The setting is tranquil and the grounds are relatively large.
The location is decent, being close to a few train stations, so it is ideal for both those going for business and leisure.
The rooms are large and do not smell of cigarette smoke. Our toilet was huge!
There is definitely enough space for your luggage here, unlike some other hotels in tokyo.
The internet speed is very good within the room and the staff are excellent, many of whom speak very good english.
The down sides are of course the price and the relative lack of restaurants within the area (there are some, but they are generally very pricey). If you are not on corporate rates, you also have to pay for use of certain amenities like the gym.
Overall, much much better than the average hotel in tokyo if you can afford it.

This hotel sits in a very nice oasis of greenery and tranquility---it's a great respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Had a family room (with the extra single bed) on which all seem to be located on the ninth floor. Good basic offerings in the hotel quick mart and excellent fresh breads on offer every morning. Short walk to subway stations. Separate elevators to the premium floors, considering how nice our room was the premium floors must really be special and might be worth the upgrade costs.
Of special note is the upstairs bar and restaurant. Had a 25 dollar roast beef sandwich and a 10 dollar beer clearly overpriced (but then it's Tokyo) but the view from the bar at night is not to be missed. The hotel sits at a lower elevation than the area the bar views at and it is an unusual perspective watching the land slope up to the horizon. Seats by the window have a 10 dollar seating charge but the bar seats are free. Nice staff=--helpful and very polite. Didn't use the bowling alley downstairs or the pool but they might be nice options for families although I'm pretty sure the pool prohibits tattoos--not uncommon in Japan.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the Tokyo tower---the other side while OK lacks any special view at least from the...

This is a great hotel next to the Tokyo Tower. I always get a Corner Double room although I stay alone since it is large and typically has great views. I must have stayed her 10 times over the last few years.

The airport limousine bus from NRT or HND stops at the hotel. There are two subway stations nearby; Akabanebashi on Oedo line (two stops to Roppongi) and Shibakoen on the Mita line.

The bar at the top floor has a great view of the Tokyo Tower. Note that this is the old, orange-illuminated tower and not the very new SkyTree. You can actually walk to Roppongi.

There are very nice restaurants at the hotel, though they are not cheap, which is typical at high end hotels in Japan.

You can use a great fitness facility at the basement (you have to walk for 10 minutes to get to it) for a fee. You can even pay to get a personal trainer to stretch you after the exercise.

A Starbucks is within 10 min walking distance due East, toward the Daimon Station, from which you can catch the Asakusa line. The Zojoji Temple is on the way to Starbucks; great Buddhist temple adjacent to a nice park; if you have seen the Wolverine movie, you have seen the temple.

Service is great, which is also typical of Japanese hotels. I have traveled to Tokyo 25-30 times. This is one of my favorite hotels.

Others: Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku, Dai Ichi adjacent to Ginza, Marunouchi Hotel across the Tokyo Station. All great choices, for different reasons.
