“Central, Clean, Nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2013

Hi! This was my first visit to Tokyo and I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The rooms are small, just like probably most hotels in Tokyo but they are not so bad. It was clean and had everything we needed. Yes, they do have those interesting Japanese toilets..it is worth a try!

Internet access was free in the lobby and they had free bottles of water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The International Breakfast was fun. Don't expect the world's greatest breakfast but it was certainly good enough. They bake their own croissants and had some tasty fruit.

The metro station is close and it is full of shops and restaurants. We went to Subway there several times to get a quick bite to eat.

I would stay here again and I would recommend it for the price/value.

What an amazing place to stay. I have traveled overseas many times and never have I been met with such friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Provided were free bottles of water, various toiletries, maps and once again; the staff are happy to help with any questions you may have absolutely wonderful for any traveller. Location wise, a great pick, tucked away yet easy to find on a beautiful street with a nice view of the city from the top floor. The nearest station, Aoyama-Itchome is 5 minutes walk away and connects easily to most tourist destinations in the city, with direct lines to Shibuya, Akiba, Roppongi and the likes. Depending on your booking, the breakfast, in our case complimentary, was great. Wide choices of buns, cereal, juices, rice, salmon and various others. Complimentary wifi on the ground floor came in handy many times. Room wise, they were always kept sparkling clean even with the mess my roommate and I seemed to make. Very spacious and kept comfortable with controllable air conditioning.

All in all this place was simply amazing and I would most definetly recommend this place as any travellers central hub to Tokyo.

The hotel is clean, located in a quiet residential area, off the main road. Difficult at first, but after learning the subway system, the hotel is very convenient to all locations in Tokyo. Spent 7 days there and only suggestion is to mix the breakfast a bit. The menu stayed the same throughout the 7 days. Free bottled water, there is a cost for non-Japanese TV channels using prepaid card, WiFi available in the lobby area only.

No sloppy service here. Do it once do it right seems to be the motto. Flawless check in procedure from friendly english speaking staff and only to keen to assist with restaurant & transport bookings. Great location in quiet area but 5 minutes walk to any action you want & conveniently serviced by a number of metro lines for easy access to Tokyo precints.
Great buffet breakfast from restaurant downstairs. The complimentary bottled water in lobby is a nice touch as well as hi-speed wi-fi. We had 3 bed room shared with wife & daughter. Size was fine & bathroom typical Japanese capsule had everything you need. Clean, tidy & serviced daily.
Thought it was excellent.
Good yakitori restaurant around the corner on main street above the Clam grill.

We booked this hotel 1 month in advance. The price was great and we couldn't believe how great this place was when we got here. Free bottled water, free wifi in the lobby breakfast included and people are the nicest (as are all Japanese). The rooms are kind of small, but hey! Who comes to Tokyo to stay in, right?

This place was absolutely fantastic! The receptionists speak fluent English and were very helpful! The breakfast was amazing and the price has so many things included such as free water, free wi fi (only in the lobby though), a breakfast package if you want and many other things! The only down side (which can't be helped at all) is that it's a long way from the airport, but then again so is everything else. This place is close to train stations, post offices, banks, restaurants and everything else you could want. The rooms are a little small but then so is everything in Tokyo! Overall a fantastic place to stay that I will definitely be recommending to anybody!

There are many good reasons to stay in this hotel (location, metro lines, reasonably sized and clean rooms), but my favourite is the buffet breakfast they serve - they even bake the bread on-site, and you can see them doing it! Make sure you get this as part of the package as it is 950Y otherwise. Like many Japanese hotels, they invested in LAN internet access some years ago and now have been overtaken by customers' WiFi requirements - at least there is good internet access in the spacious lobby. They also offer bottled water in the lobby too. Very handy for exploring Tokyo. Will be back again in the future! Book early as they are often full ,especially at weekends. Note that you have to spell 'center' the American way for this listing to come up on tripadvisor
