“Used to be our fave”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

We had celebrated our special days in this hotel for couple years now.
We liked it because the rooms are large (esp compare to other hotel in Japan), soft carpet, and the location. It is right in the center of Odaiba, it has a shuttle bus to YCAT, to Disneyland and to Venus Port Mall (so does Nikko hotel but Le daiba is slightly cheaper and has bigger room).
However, last year when we want to celebrate our daughter birthday, they were full-booked and when we went to directly ask the receptionist, the response was very cold (not even decent apology), considering that we are returning customer, they didn't show any recognition what so ever. Disappointing.

This Hotel offers excellent facilities.
It has a main advantage of being on the direct line connecting both airports. The airport limousine bus is quick, convenient, easy to book ( at the airport) and inexpensive.

This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo and comes at a far more reasonable price than most of its competitors.
Rooms are large, clean, modern and comfy. They have excellent view of the bay and Tokyo skyline.
Breakfast a bit expensive but plentiful, with excellent view from the 30th floor. If you dont want to overpay, there are a lot of very nice food options around.
The hotel is located on Odaiba Island, across from Tokyo downtown, with a convenient skytrain connection that takes you to the heart of Tokyo in 15 minutes. Trains run every 3-5 minutes from 6 am to 12.30 am.
Good connection to Narita (90 min.) and Haneda (30 min.) airports by Limousine Bus service.
Very knowledgable and helpful reception staff.

Room Tip: Go for upper floors for a breathtaking views of Tokyo

Wonderful stay convenient location and very accommodating staff. The rooms were large for Japan standards and the view was great from the room. Breakfast choices ...Japanese on the third floor if you want a more peaceful and zen like start to your day. Western buffet on the 30th floor was adequate opens at 7 am ...so the line was quite long. They could probably improve it by starting at 6:30 am as other hotels do. Language is not a problem as most understand basic English and they are very accommodating and would gladly try to go out of their way to address your problems or requests. they generously lent us a modem so we can have wi fi in the room....nothing beats that when you try to avoid roaming charges. Fast enough too that you can use viber, face time, or view cctv from you home country. The hotel is also located near two or three malls and a major train station too.

Recently spent 4 nights here. While location seems far out from central Tokyo the monorail stops right at the hotel and once you have your bearings it's an easy journey into central Tokyo. We took the Narita express train to Shinagawa and got a reasonably priced taxi from there. It saved navigating the various railway lines after a long journey. The bay area is great for shopping and other activities. Plenty of restaurants in the shopping malls all offering good quality meals. In the Aqua Centre opposite the Subway restaurant is a great little Japanese place. It has lots of red lanterns outside. They have an English menu and are very helpful. In Japan think of ordering for the table rather than each person or different courses. Everything comes to the table as it is cooked. The hotel rooms were a great size, clean, comfortable and had great views. Staff were very helpful and managed quite well in English. We were room only and didn't eat at the hotel although there are a few options. The cafe just outside the side entrance does a deal on tea/coffee and a toasted sandwich. This was fine for breakfast but didn't open til 10am. This was a good choice of hotel as we would have missed the bay area and the great daily journey over the bridge. Only negative was having to pay to use the spa

Room Tip: All rooms will have great views

What a way to wrap a great trip around Japan.

Great rooms, makes you feel like a royal. A bit far out of central Tokyo but the views are teriffic.

Pleanty of eat spots and shops around the hotel and rail way not far away if you want to venture into town.

Location:
It is right across the train station so very convenient to get there. The hotel is about 15-20min walk from the main tour area away from all the traffic, but it has the free city shuttle bus stopping right outside the lobby to take you to all the major malls and attractions in Daiba.

Room:
Room was very spacious, with all the COMPLETE room amenities. I have never seen so many items in the washroom ranging from hair ties to bath salts to comb to anything you can think of for you to use. You have to leave one of the room keys in the wall slot at all time to activate the room lights. The hair dryer is actually stronger and hotter than your typical hotel dryer. We got a room facing the water which is a beautiful view at night seeing the water and city lights.

Lobby:
You can ask the front desk for internet password and access wireless internet for free in the lobby area only. They also have map and guides of the area in english for tourists which is great help in locating bus stops, but do not depend on them to book anything for you as they do not speak english so how can they make reservations for you when they don't even understand what you want?!

Room Tip: We used a third party japanese booking site which gave us great deal that's not offered by the o...
