“bad website poor service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

There is a promotion 'PROBIZ' in the hotel own website .Breadfast is included. But I was told breadfast is not included when I checked in.The staffs several times called to my room, more than that, approached to my room twice. It was severely interrupted me.I havn't bring my notebook. When I requested to let me use their computer to get a proof, they even refused.I was very very disappointed. It was really a very unhappy experience in Japan.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and really loved it! Located in Le Daiba, this hotel is close to shopping centre and not far from Tokyo city center. The room that I got was on the 23rd floor, massive, clean and with amazing view. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast lounge at the top floor has amazing view, and the breakfast was great.

was in tokyo for a conference and was billeted in this hotel so i really have no idea if it was value for money, but had an amazing sleep the 4 nights that i stayed here. the room that we got was on the 12th floor was quite big with views of the rainbow bridge and the small statue of liberty.
service was good and efficient. they have no wifi in the rooms, though they have wired ethernet but you can request for a router they they will set it up in your room.
breakfast was your typical breakfast fare.it was just ok. we tried herbette on the lower ground floor and the restaurant on the 30th with the rainbow bridge view for breakfast. food is the same on both restaurants. try to get there early as it could get crowded and you would have to wait in line for seats.
location is walking distance to most tourist spots in the area. free shuttle bus is provided if you dont want to walk. monorail is just a few steps from the hotel entrance.
all in all we enjoyed and had a good stay in this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights there and loved the comforts of my room. Massive room and bed with a gorgeous tub. Definitely made full use of it. Location was excellent with a monorail adjacent and huge malls/entertainment centres close by. You can do a quick 5km circuit by the waterfront here and the harbour views are amazing at sunset. A few gripes though- eventhough i had emailed and advised my arrival time, they could not accommodate at all an earlier check-in!. After traveling 15 hours straight, i was a bit miffed especially when to use the gym, swimming pool and onsen there's a separate charge as well. However, staff were very very helpful especially in assisting me setting up the wifi router in the room. Sadly though, i left a fav T shirt in my room and no way to claim it..only real downer in an otherwise good stay.

We checked in for a single night, before going to the airport the next morning. We got an early check-in which was excellent. The hotel is huge, but it seemed almost empty. The entrance from the monorail is a bit wierd. The real entrance is when you get there by car.
The room was very nice, clean and with a very large window.
We had an excellent dinner (really excellent) on the top floor restaurant. The bar was boring. Boring decor and a indifferent waiter. We still managed to spend quite a handful money there on whisky and cigars. All in all a very nice stay, but missing the 5th star due to being a bit boring...

Stayed in Le Daiba from April 1 to 5. The hotel was adjacent to the monorail and malls. Food was great and the rooms were bigger than most Tokyo hotels. Only problem was the swimming pool and the gym requires a fee even if you are a hotel guest. Free Wifi is only available at the lobby. If you're going to Disneysea or Disneyland, book the shuttle early on as seats are limited. breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was superb and filling. Lines were shorter, too.

This relatively new hotel is located across the harbor from downtown Tokyo, across the Rainbow Bridge, but connected by subway (station across street from hotel entrance). Hotel is huge, with many tour groups and other groups - but many fast elevators mean almost no delays. Nice restaurant on 30th floor crowded for buffet breakfast so we were directed to an alternate on 1st floor - merely adequate buffet. Some malls and shopping nearby (walkable). Room moderate sized with very comfortable bed and relatively quiet; tv had english CNN channel (unusual in Japan); water heater with tea; small frig in room; nice bathroom, with usual heated toilet seat.
