“Good location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

We had the 'cheap' room so we were transferred to the 80s. The linen and doona were very old but it was our last night in Tokyo and it's very close to Shinagawa station and Haneda airport. For the price we paid, if we had another night, we will definitely stayed in Shinjuku instead.

“Location, Location, Locatio”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Arrived from NY to Haneda airport and this hotel was just across the street from the train station the rooms were small, smaller than a cruise ship cabin so you can have an idea. I was traveling alone so I saved my money to sight seen and only needed a place to sleep. The beds were decent and I choose to keep the voucher instead of the clean room service and worked nice. Had problems to connect my laptop because they dont have a 3 pin connection and this was a major problem for me.

Some previous reviews said that they got lost and i google shinagawa prince images and then knew exactly how to get to my lobby easily, not a big deal but if you had never been there and think that you can lost I suggest to do it. Better to lose one minute now and not latter.

No to much tings to do arround but you have the train station to go to any place you want fast and convenient

“Small but practical Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012

To the point. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Tokyo still well located, right at the Shinagawa Station, one of the major hubs within the Tokyo Subway System. That means from there you can reach anywhere in Tokyo very easily.
I stayed in the single room (one single bed) and yes, it is indeed small for Western standards. On the other hand, the room is practical and you have all you need there what makes you think if you do need a room larger than that for a single person.
You get your own (small) bath and a single bed with a small desk and enough storage space for a single traveler. Room is clean and there is a ton of stuff around the hotel, from restaurants to places to visit (tip: read about the 47 Ronins on Google - the location where they are buried is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it is worth seeing it).
Overall, would definitely stay there again if traveling solo. Recommended and great value for the money.

“Affordable and Excellent Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2012

We stayed here just for a night after late night arrival via Haneda Airport. Next morning we moved to a different hotel in Nihombashi as planned.

The hotel building complex is located next to Shinagawa Station, travelers who reach Tokyo via Haneda Airport can get to Shinagawa Station easily using Keikyu Airport Express. The building complex has several different hotel towers where each has its own reception. We stayed at the main building, the room was quite affordable, we booked a twin room for approximately USD90.

Just a few walks away from the lobby, there is a 24-hour Family Mart convenient store which is pretty convenient for late night arrival travelers.

Room Tip: Purchase the room via hotel's official website can be a lot cheaper than most online hotel agent...
