It's located next to Tokyo tower and the pathway leading to the restaurant was lined by sakura trees with pink blossoms which made it very special. It's surrounded with a beautiful traditional garden and the restaurant itself is very traditional as well with private rooms rather than a large restaurant with tables around.
We had our own room served by a lady dressed in traditional kimono. Very attentive service, she spoke a bit of English, which was really appreciated.
The speciality is tofu, but within the menu there are a few other things, so that's good particularly if you're not very fond of tofu. We chose one of the menus with one glass of plum wine, sparkling water and tea and paid AUD$300 which was reasonable having had such a great food, service and beautiful place. A must go if you want to experience real Japanese food within an authentic Japanese place.
