Great food, friendly owners, and very sociable fellow (usually all Japanese) patrons. Good value for your money. Expect to spend between JPY3-5,000, with a couple of drinks.
I have been there 4 times now, and I have been equally impressed every time with the quality and expert preparation of the mostly Japanese offerings.
Menus is in Japanese only, so take someone that can speak or read Japanese.
I "Discovered" this place while staying at the Oakwood next door. Owners are from Kansai -- high quality ingredients and expert preparation.
Great selection of Sake -- let the owner choose for you-- you won't be dissapointed.
Best for 2-4 people, but no more than that as the place is very small.
