“Perfect location, super small room”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2014 via mobile

We spent 6 nights in this hotel. The room is confortable but super small for our non japanese standards. Everything worked fine, and the staff was helpfull.
The location is great, just 1 min walking to Daimon subaway station and less than 5 minute walking to JR station.
If you don't mind to stay in a super small room, it's a good hotel to stay for visiting Tokyo

Good location , clean and comfortable , free WIFI and free coffee and less expensive than most hotels in the area : that was a great value !
The rooms may feel small for a North American but I have been in smaller rooms elsewhere in Asia and Europe .
Do not hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations on sights and restaurants as we really appreciated the ones they gave us !
There is a liquor store with good prices right in front of the hotel !

Room Tip: The higher , the better !

The location of this hotel is one of their best factors. It is a short 5-10 mins walk from Hamamatsucho station, which means if you are flying to/from Haneda Airport, you are just at most 30 mins from the airport by the Tokyo Monorail, which is a lot closer and much more convenient than Narita. Hamamatsucho is also on the Yamanote Line, which makes traveling all over Tokyo a breeze. The Tokyo subway station Daimon is also a short 5 mins walk away.

The rooms, like most hotels in Tokyo, are small. However, it is well equipped, with pretty much most of what you need. There was no wifi available in the room, only LAN ports provided for those with their own laptop. From what we saw, wifi routers were available for loan, but as we had our own router we did not bother with it. The double beds are spacious, much more so than those super single beds that some hotels provide for two people. The advertised rooms with views of Tokyo Tower indeed had great views of the tower, but was pretty much the same with the other rooms of the hotel.

The lobby has a free coffee dispensing machine, and lots of bathroom amenities that you can help yourself too. The staff were professional, though some felt a bit too distant and cold. All in all, a great, comfortable and convenient base to explore Tokyo from, with room rates that are certainly much cheaper than the bigger international hotel chains.

Very helpful front desk. Sorry no breakfast. Double glazing would be a plus. Otherwise clean and well run hotel in which everything works!! One must be a contortionist to have a soak in the bath!!!! Perfect location near to many convenience stores and Daimon station for Narita plus Hamamatsucho for the famous Yamanote line. Close to Kyu-Shiba-Rikyu gardens and Tokyo port.

Room Tip: Chose room away from main street

Friendly and efficient. Free coffee machine in lobby, dispensing a far better quality of coffee than I found elsewhere in Japan. Clean (but small) room. A good night's sleep, with a great view of the Tokyo Tower.

Room Tip: Ask for upper floor, facing the Tokyo Tower. Also, to have wifi in the room you need to ask at recep...

We stayed one night prior to our flight home from Haneda. Location is great for the Hamamatsucho JR, subway and monorail stations. The station is on the JR Yamanote line which connects to the Shinagawa and Tokyo stations for the Shinkansen. The bed is very firm, which we like, and the facilities in the room are excellent, with free internet and lots of power outlets. As other reviews have noted, closet space is limited but this is not a problem for an overnight stay. After all, this is a business hotel! Price is very reasonable, because you are not paying for all the overhead that comes with a regular hotel. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and a Lawson's convenience store across the street.

Hotel's location is great since it's only 5mins walk away from Monorail Hamamatsucho. Getting to Haneda Airport was a breeze because you can take the EXPRESS Train (470 Yen single trip,15mins) . This train service is a plus since its cheaper than Narita Express. To get from Shinjuku to Narita Airport takes about 1.5hr which means time wasted for those eager to shop till they drop.

Rooms were not too small for us (2adults with 2 big luggages)

Quiet residential area with Lawson, 7 Eleven and Family mart in the vicinity (stone throw away).
