We dinned there twice on our stay at the Grand Hyatt. We went back because it was so good the first time. They speak English very well, but the food speaks the most. So much fun watching the art of the chefs in front of you. Food is so fresh, but you must have the Kobe Beef. There is American Kobe and then there is Japanese Kobe.. No comparison ! This is a must try restaurant in Roppongi Hill as there are 1000's to choose from
