“Not at all Indian”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Read the reviews and went for a dinner tonight. Ordered their famous butter chicken and was disappointed. Tandoori patter was not cooked well and daal was horrible. Probably Japanese may like it but Indians cannot eat it.... So I came out I satisfied.

“Good Indian Cuisine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2012

The restaraunt is located close to the station in Meguro.
You should go to this restaraunt when:
1. You want to eat Indian Cuisine; especially the very famous chicket dishes from India ( Tokyo does not have many options available)
2. You want to have some vegetarian food for a change (Place offers you some options. Veg options are not easily available in Tokyo)

This place has a simple seating arrangements and is not for those who are looking for fine dining.

Price:
Lunch is arount 1000-1400 Yuan. This is typical of many Tokyo restaraunts.
Dinner can be steep depending on what you order. If you go for a fixed assortment of dishes it may cost you somewhere around 3000- 35000 Yuan. We clocked a bill of 4500 Yuan with some non veg dishes and beers. In fact the dinner, as compared to lunch, is more expensive in all the restaraunts i visisted in Tokyo.

Taste:
The food is likable and you would be encouraged to visit the place again.

“Great place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2011

When ever we revisit Japan we always try to visit this little Indian restaurant in Meguro. It is next door to the English Pub and not far from the station so an ideal situation. The food really is excellent . Simple decor and as I have said only a few tables , so worth booking at the weekends.

“I have been living in Tokyo for 11 years...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2010 via mobile

I have been living in Tokyo for 11 years and have eaten in various different Indian restaurants. This one is the best. Very highly recommended. They also deliver if you live in the local area.
