ホテルに対して貴重なご意見を頂戴いたしましたこと、重ねてお礼申し上げます。

ご投稿にも頂きましたとおり当ホテルは通常のビジネスホテルよりも広めの作りとなっておりまして、ゆっくり寛げると多くのお客様よりご好評頂いております。アメニティに関しましても、種類が豊富でご満足頂けております。

また、せっかくご宿泊頂いたにも関わらず、お客様に不快な思いをさせてしまったこと深くおわびも申し上げます。お部屋の換気扇につきましてはこちらの清掃の不備でございます。注意を喚起し、今後の清掃を徹底させて参ります。
携帯の電波はFREEのWi-Fiを飛ばしております。その電波が弱い場合のために、補う機器もご準備している最中でございます。大変ご迷惑おかけいたしました。

ご投稿にもご記載頂きましたとおり、当ホテルはJR目黒駅より徒歩2,3分の距離にございまして、アクセスも便利だとご好評頂いております。
テレビのチャンネルに関しまして、お客様のご希望に添えられる事が出来ずに申し訳ございませんでした。当ホテルでは地上デジタル放送、加えてBSチャンネルも放映しております。ご希望のチャンネルがございましたら、ご参考までにお聞かせ願えれば幸いでございます。改善材料とさせて頂きます。
