Visited Sushi Yoshitake while in Japan and found it excellent. All aspects of the experience are top-class.
The restaurant consists of a simple 7-seater counter so you are directly in front of Chef Yoshitake. Watching the food being prepared was an experience and the atmosphere is quite relaxed.
We were served approx 20 separate courses. The variety if dishes flowed brilliantly with highlights being the abalone with abalone liver, seared bonito and o-toro fatty tuna. Our total bill was a little over 55,000¥ - worth it for a special occasion or to experience this top-level work. A very special experience.
