One of the best hotels in Tokyo with multi-cuisine restaurants and excellent Service with Japanese style. Electronic controls in the toilets also!!
Better choice at the heart of tokyo with connectivity to airport via limousine bus at the doorstep.

I just got back from a 9 week SEAsia and Australia trip. This was one of the best hotels I stayed at.

1. Staff very friendly and they liked my bow!
2. Room comfortable
3. breakfast included and it was high quality
4. very close to metro stops
5. Across the street were

1. convenience store
2. coffee place
3. Jonathans like a Dennys with meals for $ 10 - a great deal for Tokyo

I did not eat other meals at the hotel as cost was too high I know its Tokyo but as I said there were other places around to eat

What a fantastic hotel! Clean, comfortable, modern very helpful staff and great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definately be staying there when Im next in Tokyo. Although it is not located right in the centre of Tokyo it is 2 minutes walk to nearest subway station and there are always plenty of taxis waiting. We found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. There is a fantastic Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant on the 23rd floor which is a must! It offers amazing views over Tokyo! The breakfast is good, there are a few shops in the lLobby as well including a massage service a barber and a gift store. A great place to stay in Tokyo!

Contrary to previous review, I find this hotel quite good. I had no problem speaking to hotel staff in English and breakfast is nice. The best thing about this hotel is its location, 2-minute walk to Kudanshita Metro station and 10-minute walk to Iidibashi JR station. Although it is in a business area, there are plenty of places to go out for dinner.
