“So welcoming and nice!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

I cannot get over how nice and helpful absolutely every person was who I encountered during my stay. From the front desk staff who checked me into my room a bit early because I felt and probably looked awful when I arrived to the team who greets you on your way into and out of the breakfast room, they put the rest of the service industry to shame. Prices were fairly good compared to what you would get at the equivalent in NYC or London.

I loved that they had so many stores available as i had almost no time to buy souveniers. My only wish is that they would have opened a bit earlier so that the business travelers could shop! I will definitely return!

The hotel is in the heart of Business district, opposite Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park, very close to the heart of shopping the Ginza street, excellent business facilities, spacious lobby and rooms, well worked out bathrooms and superb shower and amenities, French restaurant and many more, breakfast at 17th floor is extensive and with a view of Palace. Close to tokyo Station for bullet train and Tokyo subway a short walk, plenty of elevators, it has Mai building and Tower, Main with Deluxe rooms is ideal

Room Tip: Main building Not tower and a deluxe room

We were reccommended the Imperial Hotel for a brief stay in Tokyo and we loved it. The level of service was impeccable and the room was lovely. We had quite a large room for Tokyo and the location of the hotel itself is excellent; within walking distance to public transport, coffee shops and the Imperial Gardens. Bathroom ammenities are excellent; shaving cream, razors - little touches to make your stay simplified. Excellent front desk staff. Highly reccomend.

Have just spent 3 delightful nights at the Imperial during a short business trip which included a conference event within the hotel.

As a guest I couldn't fault the service and friendly, unobtrusive manner of all the staff I met. Nothing was too much trouble and everything arrived on time, from room service to alarm calls

The room service menu is extensive, with a wide variety of styles to suit all pallettes. The food arrives in perfect condition and exactly on time which, if you have a busy schedule, is a great benefit

Being involved with the organisation of a conference at the Imperial was an absolute joy. The team are very efficient, friendly and professional. Again, nothing is too much trouble.

I would heartily recomend a stay at the Imperial, for business or pleasure, and certainly plan to return with my family

I am glad to recommend this hotel as a break from the chain hotels. The service from every person is outstanding. The hotel location is superb and you will find that you are near anything you would wish to be close to. The interior of the main lobby is attractive and the shopping options in the mall are enoyable. This was my first but not my last visit to this property.

Nothing beats this hotel for service and location. Any business traveler not staying here is making a mistake.

The service is flawless including the business center staff.

The interior finishes are classic, not dated. I'll take classic over new, but crazy and ugly like the Peninsula.

Room Tip: If traveling alone, consider sacrificing space for a view. Some of the larger rooms are more space...
