“Good food but didn't wow”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

I was talked into coming here by my co-worker and my expectations weren't too high. I thought it would be gimicky and the food would be average. Overall, I thought the food was surprisingly good and the magic show by the 'ninja' was great. However there wasn't much to the rest of the ninja experience and it left a little to be desired for the price of the meal. Granted we were there on a Tuesday night in January so it may have been a little more reserved than other times but there just wasn't much to it. Overall, I would not return unless I was in Tokyo with my kids, who would definitely enjoy it.

“Dinner and a show!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013 via mobile

Great fun experience. I had low expectations on the quality of food and value after reading reviews but decided to go along for the experience. I was surprised that our food was really tasty, and our 12 course tasting menu, with 2 cocktails each (my husband and I went) came to 19000 yen/$200. For a delicious and filling dinner and drinks and the whole show and experience Ninja puts on for you, we felt it was good value. Easy to access from the asakasa-mitsuke subway stop, exit 8- you're right there was you turn left out of that exit. Little black door with ninja written be to it.

“Good fun and food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013 via mobile

I went to the Ninja restaurant with a mixture of Japanese and Geijan co-workers. Food was fantastic. It's a little corny in a Japanese game show sort of way, but a lot fun. If has a Ninja theme and the Ninja do speak some English. Great atmosphere for a fun outing. We did not have any children with us, but I am sure it would be great for kids as well

“Amazing food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013

We had a great last night in Tokyo here. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly and the mid-feast show was a lot of fun!

Expensive - we paid about $250 for 2 people, but it was definitely worth it!

“Dinner cartoon- style”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

Despite its touristy hook and slightly expensive menu this place is great fun and well worth a visit. Get your hotel to book if you don't speak Japanese. It is just opposite the metro station in a shopping complex , so easy to get to at any time. The food is very good but not Michelin -worthy and the ninja tricks are unintentionally funny; who knew they played card? Not just for kids
