Really bad stay. They turned the heating off during the night so we woke up freezing cold, went to their 'famous' restaurant I was choking on the food in the restaurant and the waitress said she'd get me some water and never came back with it (I lived)

The power shower was a drizzle and not hot enough, The bed was uncomfortable, the food was really disgusting (canned salad, deep frozen fish sticks, basic ugly pub food).

After returning early PM my wife stood outside ringing the bell in the rain for ages and no-one came and had to call me on my mobile to come down from the room and let her in.

They had the hide to accuse us (by a rude letter) of stealing a small (cheap) hand towel. They had left them outside the room as I was still asleep at 11am (a crime in the owner's mind?).
