This hotel is down a narrow stone street. It blends the charm of the old stone walls and arched doorways with smooth tiled floors and gleaming woodwork inside. I already liked it, and then we opened the door to our room. One entire wall was glass (with electric window louvres and a sunscreen) looking out onto a small, picturesque bay - gorgeous! We bought a bottle of the local Txakoli wine (a dry sparkling white wine) and settled into our chairs by the window to enjoy it. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a day to just settle in and relax! Be sure to go into the ancient church with it's sloped floor.
