“Great hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

Hotel and Room: We took 3 rooms - 6 adults and 2 kids. Excellent hotel for the price you pay! Looks newly renovated. The room was wonderful! Looked fresh and balcony in the room opens up to well maintained swimming pool (small children's pool area and pool towels available). The room has a mini fridge, water heater for tea/coffee making, bath tub and a shower area. There were plug points to accomodate all international plugs, which is very thoughtful! Nice bed, lightings, TV and aircon in room. Had a safety locker as well.

Location: It is not just a stone's throw away from beach. The hotel is a good 5 mins walk from Colva beach. The beach was infested with Jelly fish. A lnumber of them were washed out to the shore and some live ones as well. We did not dare let our kids enter the water. There was a beach shack named Boomerang which served good food/drinks and had a beach volley ball court as well! There were sun beads at the shack.

Restaurant/Bar/food: The food at Bamboo top restaurant in the hotel was good. Breakfast buffet was great..not a huge spread but the ones which were available were good enough. We enjoyed it! The staff at restaurant were friendly. They just cleaned up after our 1 year old son without a twitch! Drinks at bar - enjoyable! Free cocktail from 8pm to 9pm was fantastic!

Transport for sight seeing: There is a taxi booking counter right outside the hotel. We travelled with a driver named Anthonio Rodriguez... he had a nice car (Toyota Innova). Powerful aircon for the hot weather in Goa and well maintained car. The guy was very friendly and reasonable in terms of the charges! You may ask for him...if you want to go around Goa.

Reception: Friendly folks except their lady boss who had an air of arrogance. But not bad at all. They gave us late check out until 2pm for two of the rooms.

Overall would recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation away buslting North Goa.

Room Tip: Rooms on 1st floor overlooking the pool. If you are going as a family and booking more than one room...

This was our first trip out of state with our nine month old Infant. Like any new mother, My better half was extra cautious about safety, hygiene and access to emergency services. We finalized this hotel based on its proximity to Airport, less crowded beach and distance to main market.
Full Marks to architect to create such a master piece in such a small area – Mind It the property is in a small place but the space management is terrific! The interiors are modern and asymmetric, the entrance is welcoming with sea wave ceiling, Bar has copper ring look from roof to floor while the restaurant is playing hide & seek with Bamboo’s and lights.
Rooms are spacious, good mix of green and white gives a fresh holiday feel. bathrooms are filled with selected mosaic tiles and good size bath tub. Plenty of POP work in rooms to enlighten your mood. A nice gallery overlooking pool with a table for two for those evening quick drinks.
Some quick points to make your decision :
About 5 mins walk to beach.
Restaurant is good with daily buffet Lunch+ Dinner. We liked Pasta. Veg Club Sandwich was awesome.
Swimming pool is huge, clean and welcoming.
Plenty of nice dining options around the hotel. The nearby Pizza house with clay oven is worth its penny.
Child and wheelchair friendly hotel ; You can push the wheel chair / Pram to any room.
Gym is well stuffed.
Major Taxi stand of Colva is just out of the hotel.
Overall :
A four star property with 5 star amenities. We liked this place and will recommend it to other travellers. Had this hotel been a beach front property then it would have been awesome. Food at restaurant is very expensive however daily lunch/ dinner buffet was available for Rs 350/- only (Incl Tax). Good place to take your little ones or old parents. I have personally checked several properties in Colva and no doubt that this one is the finest properties in Colva.

Room Tip: Go for room no 214 - Absolute Privacy (Thanks to Palm tree);Good View;King side bed

This was one of my most enjoyable stays in Goa. For the price band, the hotel service and amenities is excellent. Food is specially very good, nice pool, and beach is at walk-able distance. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in South Goa. Though it is a secluded location and you cannot expect to find anything around it. Having a vehicle is a must to travel to & fro.

We visited Pearls Oceanique Resort during the last week of Aug. The rooms and facilities offered were same as they had mentioned in their website. They call u one day in advance to know abt the arrival details and before u reach the airport their person is there waiting for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were great and food was very good. Live bands in weekends are good. We booked our trip through makemytrip which was a disaster because of their horrible customer service, stupid booking agents and good for nothing customer care. We wasted a whole day because our booking agent did not provide us any details. But the hotel staff was very kind enough to call up Makemytrip and find out the what was happening and also rescheduled sight seeing trips as per our Convenience. They take us for a half day sight seeing which covers the important places in South Goa. Overall it was a superb experience and worth the money :)
