The hotel is excellent. The location, the environment, the restaurants... are just great. Everything is so clean and nice that always looks like it is new. Rooms are spacious and comfy and you can choose between the beach and the swimming pools to relax and enjoy the sunbaths. Views are incredible from these places.
It is also the quite place on earth, perfect to disconnect and relax.
But sometimes I have received a treat that is not proper of a five stars hotel like this from the staff at the check point/customers service.
I understand that when you are overbooked and the hotel is full, a crazy and a very stress days are ahead, but this is not the customer's fault: we book and pay for a kind of service/room that is supposed to receive at a 5 stars hotel and if they are not ready to give it, you better don't offer it.
The housekeepers, staff of restaurants and kindergarden (this is a 10 stars service for the kids) and the managers are very nice and friendly. They always find a perfect solution for any problem you may have.
But I think the staff at the check point should be more professional, be ready to face hard days or at least, not to be overwhelmed by those kind of days because they can ruin the wonderful experience that is enjoy this beautiful hotel.
