Description: Placed in the center of Granadilla de Abona, opposite the Chapel of the Calvary (1882), we offer you wide gastronomic and enologicas possibilities. With our special attention to the fresh products of ecological origin, we prepare dishes of marked canary caracter using ingredients as goatcheese, the local sweet blood sausage, the vinegar of the area, the palmhoney or the gofio. Special mention to the creativity reflected in the salads and his dressings, to the sauces and creams on that we accompany our meats prepared in the moment and of course in our delightful and surprising tapas. As final brooch of a good meal or dinner we recommend to prove our homemade desserts. To accompany our plates we give special interest to the rich canarian wines variety and his Denominations of Origin, and wines proceeding from the Iberian Peninsula are not missing, like Ribera del Duero, Rioja or Toro. All of them can be tasted by glasses ,with the exception of the upbringing. In the ambience of the establishment we have chased the warmth and the welcome, to turn of his colors in roofs and walls, the rustic furniture, the wood of the soils and the tones of indirect light in wall lights and lamps of pottery. The continuous exhibitions of art, like painted art, photographs or sculpture, create also dynamism in the decoration. The kindly and personal service is very important for us, joined to the grateful space between tables invite to the withdrawal and the enjoyment of the good table....For us YOU are SPECIAL so let us put FLAVOURS IN YOUR LIFE

“one of the best (if not the best) restaurant in the south of Tenerife”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

The place is not that easy to spot. It lies quite far from the coast and it is not on a track that is frequently visited by tourists. But it is worth every kilometre or every drop of gasoline to reach it and enjoy its delicious food and tranquil atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent. It is really "casera" (home-made) and offers a type of fusion of Canarian-Spanish cuisine. Don't expect the typical chain-restaurant treatment. The owner is always there to explain which wine to choose (they have a variety of red and white regional wines) or if you are not sure, he will suggest you something irresistibly delicious to eat. In general, the word disappointment ceases to exist in this place.

“Huge portions, lovely wine and amazing service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Such a beautiful relaxed atmosphere, we were there for over four hours! The waiter/owner was so friendly, helping us with wine and the best dishes to have. It has been one of the nicest dining experiences I've had and it is such good value for money. We were all very full (and quite tipsy!) by the end, yet for 7 different tapas dishes, two bottles of wine, bread, 4 glasses of sparkling, 4 desserts and 4 glasses of liqueur, we spent only 114 euros! I would definitely go again and would recommend it to everyone who enjoy tapas.

“Best place to eat in the Tenerife South”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

A beautiful place to eat, attended by its owners (perhaps this is the reason for the exquisite care we received). The menu has delectable meals (including desserts), some of them are based on typical Canarian products.

This place is a must!!

“Excellent tapas in a relaxed setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

I really enjoying the drive from the coast, you get some great views along the way and then enjoy a nice tapas experience. So welcoming and patient and the tapas is top quality. I discovered a new favourite - dates wrapped in bacon! My wife was really impressed by the local red wine on offer. This is how to do a spanish holiday meal experience right.

“"Yet another rave review"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

Having read all the previous reviews I thought I was prepared BUT everything written is correct, but more so. Never judge a book etc. springs to mind when viewing the outside and without the reviews it is doubtful I would cross the step. Inside is totally different, comfortable and stylish.
I do not need to add to all the other rave reviews, I agree with them all. I will be returning and telling all my friends, Victor and Ingrid deserve all the custom they get.
