A very charming place with wonderful views and everything you need on location. It can get hot in Italy during summer months and I would then recommend to stay in the main building where rooms are located on first floor, which means a bit mores air. However the small building by the pool are also charming with the small private gardens and they are very well suited for children, as they can walk outside directly from the room.
The grounds are beautiful and charming with different produce and free range animals. However they could make the small pathways around the property even more inviting and perhaps also informing. But I guess you could just ask the sweet owners for a small private tour.
There are some nice, small villages in the area and also a spa near by. The sea is about 20 minutes away, however the coastline is VERY touristy and not worth the trip, is you ask me. Rather spend the days in the countryside and cool of in the pool.
Food in the restaurant was lovely and the menu card big enough so that we could eat there 5 nights without getting bored.
Staff is wonderfully kind and professional.
Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
