“Wow What A Loo!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013

We (5 of us) visited on a Tuesday night, restaurant was busy and the owner greeted us warmly. he was very attentive to all tables explaining the dishes as he served them which did make service very slow but I would disagree that it was 'unprofessional'.

Food was fresh and very tasty, we were given delicious spring rolls as a complimentary dish while we reviewed the menu. We opted for the 28 Euro Set Menu, tempura, barbeque beef, chicken and lemongrass soup and dessert all presented well and tasted delicious.

No actual sign of the Kimchi as the French have rules on it due to the fermentation process apparently!

Well worth a visit and be sure to check out the loo!

“ok, but very overpriced and Loooooong wait”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

We wandered a little away from the main street and discovered this nice looking restaurant. The menu looked ok, so we decided to try the restaurant. The waiting staff is kind, but far from professional. The atmosphere was ok. Before we ordered it was mentioned that it would take a while to prepare the food, since everything was "so fresh", according to the owner. I am not sure why "so fresh" food takes so much longer to prepare than "other" food, but the wait was excruciatingly long (with only one other table of 4 people in the restaurant!) The food was good, but way too expensive for what you get. We found a few better alternatives in town, at a better price, faster service that are serving food made with fresh local ingredients as well.

“Simply Brilliant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

This is the latest addition to Restaurants in Lezignan and provides a refreshing change to from the usual fare of pizzarias, cafes, and (on the whole) fairly basic French cuisine. The service was excellent and attentive, the food was delicious and well presented by the (genuinely) Korean chef. A slight downside was the limited choice of wine. Only slight because it all came from one of the top producers in the area. We will look forward to our next visit.
