Will only put down a short review since plenty of others appear to have had the same great experience as we did.
Have just returned from one week B&B. Booked direct with the hotel and got flights separately for a good saving (hotel even layed on free taxi transfers from the airport huge improvement over package tour buses).
The best bits
- great breakfast buffet
- stunning pools (one full of kids having fun and another quieter one for adults to chill out in)
- lobby area is I think the most impressive I have ever seen with the amount of greenery going on (and I have experience a handful of 4* / 5* hotels).
- Great room, nice balcony included separate shower and bath.
The ok bits
- the piano bar and music hall was perfectly fine but lack character as the hotel was so quiet
- the food in the pool bar was ok but not as good as can be found a v short walk away (Cafe Juan Lamos or Lazy Days being our favourites)
- Service at the front desk was nothing to complain about but was a mixed bag depending on who was working.
All in all a fantastic holiday that was only spoilt by the entire area being very quiet. We were told the area's high season was November to March however.
Also I thought it was probably a good sign that the hotel and resort was obviously very popular with the Spanish so the place wasnt overrun with "All Day Breakfasts" and "Irish Pubs" but would have something for every taste.
