“Beautiful Hideaway.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2011

Wonderful location! Platforms cover the riverbed and the lovely shaded area is a welcome relief from the heat and a is a wonderful place to eat at any time of day. Fikret and Jill were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend the food, served with complimentary turkish flatbreads. We stayed in the downstairs room which was very comfortable and cool. The upper rooms had swinging hammocks and little balconies outside. We loved all the plants, the chicken and friendly (quiet well behaved) pets. Truly a home from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Booked this hotel based on the recommendations found on here and we've just had such a lovely week. Jill and Fikret made us so welcome and the food was great. Everything was great! We'd definitely love to go back!

Once again our stay at Paradise was superb - Adrasan truly is a brilliant laid back experience - the rooms sit over a delightful river and have huge balconies so you can sit out with friends enjoying a drink or two - the tables and chairs are actually situated in the river bed itself and duck swim around you while you eat - the kingfisher frequently sits close by and you can watch him fishing - if you like walking there are oodles of mountain walks you can do right from your own doorstep - the bay itself is only a very short walk away and the stoney beach in October is very quiet - the sea was bliss to swim in and we managed to swim with turtles for the first time - Jill and Fikret ensure you get a good welcome and Fikret's cooking is superb - people come from far and wide to sample it - if you want a quiet holiday with no nightclubs or big shopping centres then this is for you - the small bars and restaurants around the bay are more than adequate and we have never had an upset tummy in all the years we have been going. There is a resident dog like most Turkish families and he is the funniest looking hound you have ever seen - but he is friendly. This is one of the hidden treasures of the country where you will experience true Turkey - the local people are very friendly and we get invited in to take tea with them and they generously pick oranges and pomegranites off their trees for you. The transfer from Antalya airport is 2 hours but its worth it because once there you are in another world.

Thank you for the wonderful review, just one problem, the first photo of the large hotel is very misleading, it is not a picture of Paradise Cafe, but the hotel that has the Turkish Bath. Could it be removed or made plain that it is not Paradise.

this is a gem of a place, sitting on a beautiful river estuary about five minutes walk to the beach. the rooms are timber and beautifully designed, very natural and simple, with balconies in the shade of the trees overlooking the river. the food is exceptional and served on tables in the river bed so expect ducks and their baby chicks to try and get treats from you! owners jill and fikret are so friendly and helpful, you can ask any advise re best places to visit etc. the restaurant menu is extensive and even has a traditional turkish oven run by the highly entertaining Iden. it is very atmospheric and romantic as well as being good value and excellent standard.

We stayed here while walking the Lycian Way and were really pleased with our choice. The nicest bit of Adrasan is along the river and the Paradise makes the most of its position with tables along the banks and ducks quacking beneath your table. Our rooms were wood panelled and comfortable and Jill and Fikret were attentive and hospitable hosts, Jill even drove us to the chemist in the morning to stock up on supplies and then pointed out the path (we got lost but that was our fault not hers! Walkers' tip: pay careful attention to the directions). The Paradise was a really lovely overnight stop for us and I'd definitely stay here again if back in Adrasan. It's also very good value: we paid a bargain £25 a head for dinner, bed & breakfast.

This is the most welcoming place I have ever been too. The location on the riverside is tranquil. The owners Jill and Fikret are lovely and do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Jill organised walks for us in the Taurus Mountains and along the Lycian Way and accompanied us on outings as this was the quiet time of the year. I have alsostayed in the summer and autumn. In the summer the shelter of the trees and the sound of the river are wonderful in the heat. It is a ten minute walk to the mile and quarter long beach which is sandy for most of the length. The sea is crystal clear and ideal for swimming and there are many local boats willing to take day trips along the coast. There is nothing commercialised in the resort and you make your own enterainment in the evenings at the numerous restaurants along the seafront or in your own hotel. There are many historical sites within easy reach as long as you have your own transport. Locals can be persuaded to take you if you do not have transport

Have been to Adrasan on many occasions and have always eaten at the Paradise and have always been delighted. decided to stay at the hotel during March in order to do some walking. Had a lovely time, Gill and Fiket couldn't do enough to make our stay lovely and memorable, always going the extra mile. Would highly recommend this place any time of year, its a wonderful and peaceful location.
