“Crisp's, crisp's and more crisp's!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

We visited yesterday as a family afternoon out. It was great from start to finish! The tour guides were really informative and we got loads of samples at different stages of production. It is excellent value for money and it really is a factory tour not a over-priced visitor attraction. You see how the product is made from start to finish and you get to see the staff at work in the many departments. The health and safety outfits are very fetching!! Overall a great afternoon out for the family just book well in advance.

“31st birthday at Tayto”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

My sister decided that when she was visiting from Australia, she would like to squeeze in a Tayto tour for her 31st birthday.
So in August (extreme forward planning on my behalf) I booked for twenty people to take a tour. The booking was very easy to make and a complete bargain at £5 per head!! On the day of the tour we had Jennifer as our tour guide. I felt sorry for her at the beginning as we were a rowdy bunch to contend with. But she managed us well (even dad who would wander off every now and then to have a look at machines). Lovely Jennifer kept the crisps coming and feed us with very interesting facts on the way round the factory tour!! A great/cheap day out for any age group!!

“Fun tour! Hidden gem!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

Really shows how chips are made in an up-close and personal way. Unlike overpriced touristy tours like the Guinness one, this tours through the actual factory. Our guide was fun, friendly and knowledgeable.

“Fantastic staff, interesting tour, tasty crisps.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

Even though there were only two of us the tour guides were dedicated, friendly and welcoming. The tour is a detailed walkthrough of the heart of the factory by a well informed guide, with plenty of free samples hot out of the oven!
