I've been coming to Meze on holiday annually the last 6-8 years and have been to Les Saveurs de Thau nearly every time. It has always been OK/good food, or else I wouldn't have come back, I guess :-), but this time around it just seemed even better.
The (same) owner seemed more attentative and light hearted/service minded than usual (I actually didn't know he could speak English so well), the waiters where also attentative and service minded, the food came in with the right speed - everything worked. And that goes for both times, I was there last week.
Their tables and decor outside are new, which also is a great improvement, their current menu is wonderful and their price on their set menus seems right as well. I'm not much into the raw oyster thing (they are on the menu), so I had among other things a 'pancake package' with goat cheese stuffing, pasta with scallops/large shrimps and XL profiteroles for dessert.
Oh - and a warning regarding the 2 XL profiteroles - that is a serving large enough to go under the name "death by profiteroles" after you just had your entree and the main course. You can see yourself on the picture - I was a wonderful finish, and I did clean out the plate :-)
