“Best hotel we've ever stayed in”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2014

Wow. There is just one word to describe Palazzo Righini: fantastico! The palazzo is beautiful, the individually hand painted room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast table was bountiful, the restaurant is five star, the service was prompt and courteous. The town of Fossano, while off the beaten track, is lovely and clean and not at all touristy, while being close to tourist towns if you want to visit them. My advice? Visit Palazzo Righini. You won't regret it..

An impeccably designed boutique hotel with excellent, excellent service at a great price. A great place to spend the night when exploring the beautiful surrounding region (although a highway was closed making it somewhat hard to travel there). The service staff were fluent in English and were extremely friendly. They even saved breakfast for us when we woke up late! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Amazing hotel lost in a little village, Palazzo Righini is a gem worth the discovery. The place itself is gorgeous, an old palazzo made into a gorgeous hotel. Nice are very spacious and the staff is just perfect, helpful and friendly ! a special mention to the sommelier/waiter in the Antiche Vecchio restaurant, who goes the extra mile and who is just the best waiter we ever had !!!
A big thank you for a lovely stay !

Just returned from a 4 nite stay at this fantastic hotel. Difficult to find fault, particularly the service from all the staff which was second to none. We ate in the cellar restaurant Antiche Volte on the first nite and had amazing food, so would really recommend eating here. Lots to do nearby, try some of the hotels recommended lunch spots to as these were also very good.

Palazzo Righini is just plain awesome. My wife and I stayed in an Executive Room which had a very comfortable bed, large new bathub/shower, very well appointed bathroom (had converter outlets built into the wall, very cool!). The hotels' restaurant Antiche Volte was delicious and we were spoiled with welcome Prosecco and chef's delights the entire dinner. Service from Laura, Aurora and the whole staff was impeccable and the lounge area is perfect to grab a drink. The town of Fossano is a very quaint historical Piemontese town with a local's only vibe, great for a base to explore Alba, Barolo and Bra as everything is only about 20-30 minutes away. Will be coming back!

This is an absolutely beautiful Hotel. Renovated from a monastery dating back to the 1600's we enjoyed a hotel with every modern convenience with touches of historical beauty. There was not one item we could have wished for in our luxurious room. The staff was extraordinary from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they bent over backward to make us comfortable. The bar was great! We didn't get an opportunity to eat in the restaurant, but our family that lives in Fossano said it was the best. This is a property I highly recommend!
