I was desperately looking for accommodation in the middle of the night and this place was the only one that opened when I rang on the bell (seems to be common for pensions in Germany to close the door in the evenings).
I asked for a single bed but got a double room that I had to pay extra for, which felt like ugly tricks to make money given that I was the only guest in the entire guest house and checked in alone.
The room was cold (warmed up after a while) and had old 70s-like furniture, and little miss mash of styles. The bathroom had a tear, grayish towels that are not at all felt nice to use. There was not even hand soap without a small bag of shampoo and soap in one, which was enough for all when I washed my hair with it .
Breakfast was most white buns and marmalade and melted cheese in small plastic containers. Brewed no further coffee and small plastic containers with UHT-milk. Really nothing that I will remember and became gorged on. No eggs dished, except the one hard boiled egg.
In all this , I had to pay for double room 55 euros, though I was alone, which did not correspond with their prices on the website .
Grateful that they opened at night for me but will not come back there nor recommend anyone to do it.
