Description: A classic catering Marsicana . We are at the beginning of Celano in Sardellino Street , along the road that leads to Ovindoli, known spa resort in the south-central , walking along the narrow streets that lead us from the restaurant to the famous Piccolomini castle that stands imperiously across the Marsi you capture still nostalgic reminders of the last century , some old houses , somewhere a bit run-down and teaches some vintage evoke a Celano that is slowly disappearing. The Osteria ComeDiavoloSiChiama is a nice local entry from " tavern once" intimate and reserved inside, striking and fresh if you eat in the large and beautiful summer veranda , from where it is possible to see glimpses of the mountains that surround Celano . The food is good and marsicana tradition of Abruzzo , with some nuances Mediterranean . At the table you are greeted by friendly canapes , from the traditional ham cut by hand and gently perfumed with typical regional meats , appetizers offer a great selection of local cheeses accompanied by fresh, seasonal jams of the National Park of Abruzzo, pluck lamb liver , stew in tomato sauce with local legumes , soups typical Abruzzo, and a haze of polenta, all wrapped in the fucino vegetables that give freshness , color and imagination. Good with the first own production of fresh pasta : ravioli with porcini shavings of fresh truffle , from fettuccine with sausage, mushrooms and fresh truffle , pasta and beans to the small guitar with saffron , bacon and truffle fresco.I seconds are perhaps the more interesting by cooking on a wood fire in the lounge of the cost of necessary national or local beef , beef , sheep kebabs Abruzzo or stewed with strips of veal, beef tenderloin with porcini mushrooms , chicken nuggets with lemon , scamorza Rivisondoli baked or even grilled necessary , all tasty and satisfying . The choice of meat is one of the strengths of the loins of beef restaurant with local, national and international all with the EEC mark lambs exclusively Aquila , homemade sausages . Among the desserts mark almond tiramisu , creme brulee with flakes of chocolate, cheese cake with berries and a real treat : chocolate cake served warm with a scoop of ice creams . Fantastic!
