“Ask Rodney to play the guitar!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2012

Pinos is a 2 minute walk from our front door and never fails to disappoint on food & service. The monkfish and the risttos are particular favourites. Being Italian, they know their wines and you the house wine won'd disappoint if you're not in the mood for splashing out on something further down the list.

Pinos is often in attendance and the star of the team has to be Rodney, with his easy Cuban charm and captivating stories. Ask him to play the guitar or show you his magic trick! (He'll say no, but one day he may just cave in....).

“Good food with friendly service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

We have been coming on and off to Pinos for over three years. Despite an extensive menu all choices are excellent. The pastas are all home-made and very tasty. Portion sizes are large. Wine list extensive. Puddings delicious. We have always come at lunch not in the evening. Mostly the restaurant has been very empty. Despite so few guests, the food has always been fresh and top-quality, almost London standards but not at London prices. The decor is a little bit of a throwback to the 70s, and the outside certainly does not give any clue as to what the inside will be like. Don't be put off however. Well done Pinos, keep up the good work!
