The location is amazing, but in this part of the world Thamesside eateries are not unique. The service was very slow and many mistakes were made. Butter not served with bread, nor with cheese for instance. We frequently had to pour our own drinks, which you dont expect in establishments of this calibre. The sushi in the canapes left a lot to be desired - perhaps using sushi rice rather than risotto rice would be a start. The petit fours were laughable, diced up renderings from the dessert menu at £6.50 a pop. If i have brownies for dessert, I dont need them again as petit fours. Runner beans in the summer veg were raw, in contrast to the almost mushy carrots. Duck requested as not pink but medium well done was bloody and duck requested pink was raw. I am in no hurry to return.
