We visited this restaurant second time and this time with a vegetarian friend and had a fabulous evening with superb food in wonderful old building.
While doing reservation I made a remark that one person in our party was a vegetarian and both sommelier, who showed us in, and chef, who came and introduced himself and his restaurant, were aware of our requirements and even remembered us from our first visit to the restaurant.
Our very positive opinion from the first visit was confirmed and this restaurant is heading to the short list our favourites in the Netherlands.
Innovative and very tasty amuse bouche was followed with superb dinner prepared to perfection. The vegetarian options prepared alongside the meat/fish/seafood dishes were created with same passion and talent and were not to be looked down at, even from carnivore point of view. Wine arrangement with the dinner was well matched and reasonably priced.
We will be back!
