“Try some other place instead!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2011

Chose this place cause looks nice and hv nice chairs and cozy, but Tried chicken szintzel w/ fries and they use a cooking oil that is common in filipino food. I didnt like it (i dont like the taste of that oil) and had an upset stomach after that. So i wouldnt go back. I tried helmuts place the night before and its 100% better food at helmuts. Price is average price in alona arou d 250-350 php a meal. The servings are quite big not the usual tiny filipino serving.

“Nice ambiance but food leaves something to be desired”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2011

We chose this resto over the others in the whole Alona stretch because of its ambiance. Very relaxed and tropical. Ordered calamares but the squid is not tender and its rubbery. The pork barbeque is very disappointing too... soaked in ketchup. The pizza took well over 30minutes to serve and we were not advised that its there usual wait time for a pizza.

“Rude Waitress”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2010

The place was perfect instead of one waitress who was very rude in servinf the food. I went to the Bohol for Vacation all the way from Qatar but this girk totally freak me out and i was totally pissed because all I want is to enjoy and to have a good memory. It was relly embarrassing the she serve us. She's like throwing the food "the plates" on our table and I dont really have no idea why she was acting that way. Well, thank God because the Manager apologize and I just feel bad because I didnt really wanted to shout but I was pissed. Sorry guys

“Great Caipirinha.. Modern Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2010

We stopped by for dinner during our stay at Aloha Beach and ended up coming back here to eat again for lunch the next day.

Some great items to note:
1) Squid - really fresh
2) Grilled Snapper - really fresh
3) Fried Calamari - really fresh, and the crust is really crunchy

They have their seafood laid out... so if you're picky, you can go and choose the exact fish or seafood that you want for your meal.

As for drinks, they also have GREAT Caipirinha, which was made with Calamansi. Woot! I must have had at least 3 of these in each sitting. Bf ordered the Capiroska (same drink but with vodka instead).

The atmosphere is more modern-like (compared to the rest of the Aloha Beach eats)... plus the waitresses are pretty here (which is a nice plus)!

If you need to use WiFi, just get a drink and the WiFi is free.

Prices seem pretty decent. Each dish was about 200 pesos (about $4 US).

“The best bar in Alona Beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2010

Great atmosphere in the bar - centrally located in the heart of Alona.
Very nice music, excellent cocktails, right at the beach.
Good food right on the beach !

Highly recommended!
