This hotel is only for foreigners. The staff has no respect for the Indian customers. After paying so much you don’t expect such rude behavior. The waiters completely ignore you to a WHITE Guest. Belive me had such hotel was anywhere in North India, the staffs would have got bashed up by the Indian Customers.

Gud that I did not book the hotel for the entire 10 days of my stay in goa. I quickly checked out and moved to another hotel.

I had been to Cidade in May to spend four days with my husband and we had a great time out there.

The property is very beautiful, since my husband and i are both architects we wanted to stay in a place designed y charles correa who has won awards for this hotel design.

As expected the hotel is located on beautiful piece of land with the hotel facing the sea and the lovely pool.
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and they have so good schemes running most of the time.
we had a great deal with four days stay and three meals included, although we got tired of the same menu we tried the restaurant which had amazing food.

Lots of families and corporate conference people keeps the hotel busy.
My favourite passtime used to be long walks along the beach in the evening after dinner and relaxng on the pool.

over all i had a great holiday :-)

Everything about this hotel was so good that i am confused where to start from. I have been to many hotels before (both in India and abroad) and feel this was one of the best Hotel resort i stayed in.

I selected this hotel for my Honeymoon after reading reviews on tripadvisor. As december is peak season, rates of this hotel was bit higher than others...but must say...it was worthit !!

We had private balcony leading directly to the private beach. Infact only time we opened doors was while checking in the hotel, for room service and while checking out. Other times we used private balcony. Private beach was well maintained and very clean. Service was prompt, food was great, pool was clean and well maintained. We had complimentary half day spice farm exerction arranged by the hotel (only time we left hotel) else there was no need to venture out of hotel...its that good.

Pre-paid taxi is just outside of the hotel and staff are very co-operative. Must say..great hotel to stay and i highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel has its own sea beach and one can enjoy the fun on beach. The service provided by the Hotel staff was excellent. There is swimming pool one for adults and one for small kids and swimming in morning and also at night was a real good experience for my family.The pool is lovely, and more luxurious. The pool attendants were very friendly.

Restaurants are great and the food quality is excellent. We enjoyed lunch and dinner served in hotel and good number of varieties were available during Break fast too, which included North indian, south indian, continental etc.

Overall I was satisfied by the hotel and its services. This i found to be one of the best hotel at Goa and my stay was very pleasant and i was fully satisfied.
