We did not stay in the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant two nights out of 4 as the food was good and the Manager is very professional.
Generally speaking we were pleased, the food and choice is excellent, and only downside is that the staff are always in too much of a hurry to clear tables and prepare them for the next day which makes you feel rushed. We had three courses and wine on both occasions, I also had a bottle of Moet & Chandon on the last night, I believe we were good customers and would like to have felt a little more valued in terms of being allowed to finish our evening in a relaxed manner. We are a middle aged, professional couple, and eating out in good restaurants is what we do. I feel certain the Miramar could easily address this issue with a little more staff training.
